Undirected SGraph for big graph

User 1286 | 2/16/2015, 4:16:17 PM

Hi All, I want to create a big graph with millions of edges. It seems that SGraph doesn't support undirected graph. In order to create an undirected edges I have to create 2 corresponding directed edges. It means that the storage needed to saved is double. Anyone can tell me the solution for my problem?

Thank you,

Hi, Thanks for contacting us.

As you mentioned, you can represent undirected graphs by storing their corresponding directed edges. Some of our graph analytics algorithms (e.g. connected_components) do not recognize edge directions, so depending on your use case, you maybe fine by just doing the computation on your original undirected graph.
