Ipython error when launched from dato launcher

HI, i have installed dato launcher on windows 7 64 bit laptop. When i select the ipython notebook from the launcher i find the notebook opening but i am getting the below stack tracer error instead of content of the home directory, I am not able to import other notebook files.

Hi Vamsi Did you check your system clock? Maybe the time and date are not set which may interfere with creating a file.
