Hi @xochilt,

If you have AWS credentials, you can use them in GraphLab Create by setting the following environment variables: AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY. See http://docs.aws.amazon.com/cli/latest/userguide/cli-chap-getting-started.html#cli-environment for more information on this subject.

ok, thanks, I have my credentials.

But now when I start my dato console with ipython display this message:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/Users/xochilt/anaconda/envs/dato-env/bin/ipython", line 4, in <module> from IPython import startipython File "/Users/xochilt/anaconda/envs/dato-env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/IPython/init.py", line 48, in <module> from .core.application import Application File "/Users/xochilt/anaconda/envs/dato-env/lib/python2.7/site-packages/IPython/core/application.py", line 22, in <module> from traitlets.config.application import Application, catchconfig_error ImportError: No module named traitlets.config.application

Hi @xochilt, I'm not sure what causes that traitlets error, but I have seen it once before. It is not an issue with GraphLab Create; for some reason the IPython process itself is not starting (whereas you were able to start it previously). To help us diagnose the issue, can you tell us whether you installed any other packages (via pip install or conda install) in between?

I think the traitlets library might be missing entirely, or on the wrong version, even though it is a dependency of ipython. Can you try pip install traitlets to see if that will fix it?
