ImportError: cannot import name _to_json

Hi, I have issue with Canvas-installed Graphlab on Anaconda-and keep getting error: ImportError: cannot import name tojson

Hi Ardi,

Which version of OS X you are running on? Could you let us know how did you install GraphLab-Create?

We need more information to regenerate the problem.

Also try to reinstall GLC in a fresh environment:

Hi @Ardi,

Can you clarify -- what version of GraphLab Create are you running? You can find out by running: import graphlab print graphlab.version

If you are not on the latest version (1.7.1) please try upgrading and let us know if that fixes the issue. Otherwise this may be an installation problem (partial or corrupt installation). In that case you can try reinstalling (pip uninstall graphlab-create and then pip install graphlab-create). Please let us know if that fixes this issue.
