[PowerGraph] --graph can not read the data from path, but can read data from local file

Hi, I found that I can not read the graph data from path(like /path/to/file), but can read the data from local file (like file).

I found that the option "--graph" of pagerank must be setted with a folder path. But the description of the option "--graph" of pagerank is file

--graph /path/to/file can not work, but --graph file can work
