Unable to complete pip installation of GraphLab-Create

Hi,

I'm sorry that you've run in to this. It appears that your user name has a non-ascii character. Unfortunately, pip itself cannot handle non-ascii characters at all. See this issue: https://github.com/pypa/pip/issues/2501

It's a sad workaround, but to use pip properly, you may have to create a user account that has only ascii characters. Again, sorry about this.
