Restarting Kernel

User 2421 | 10/16/2015, 10:49:51 AM

I'm completely new to this as you will see from my question. I accidentally closed the terminal window running the kernel and now I don't know how to restart the kernel. Can anyone help?

Ok. I figured out how to open a new one. But now, when I try to start a new ipynb, it only gives me the option of Python 3 instead of Python 2, which is what I had before. And when I type "import graphlab", it says "no module named graphlab".

Any ideas?

Hi,

Did you install GraphLab-Create via Anaconda? If you did, you should use the ipython notebook in the Anaconda environment (which is python 2.7) instead of your system wide python environment (python 3)

Could you also clarify if you used Dato Launcher to install GraphLab Create?
